Dovetail Creative Homes was founded by Walter Brashier, III, a third generation builder/developer, and John K. Groome, who has an extensive background in real estate sales and community development.  Both partners had been building homes and communities in the Upstate for several years when they began to see a need for creative residential design and sustainable developments that real everyday people could afford. Our mission is simple... to provide quality, creativity, and affordable energy efficiency to our customers.
